North of London | It is all relative
With more people you have more tax payers.
Without insurance companies making money off health care and private hospitals making money off sick people our cost per capita is less than yours and I as a tax payer do not have to pay any insurance premiums or any doctor or hospital bills, only my taxes.
That is why everyone, even the homeless person needing care, gets care.
And I am still glad I live north of the border when I hear you guys discussing your medical costs.
