Oh, it didn't sound like you were being crabby towards me at all.  I can understand why you'd be angry, when something out of the box doesn't work and they don't stand behind it anybody would be angry.  Then after jumping through all their hoops they refuse to fix the problem I'd be ready to hop in the pickup and drive up to Minnesota and talk to them.

I'll cross my fingers that mine holds up.
