Only downfall you have to wait 120 days to get reimbursed
I've had a few ER visits I turned into christian healthcare ministries end of last year. It took nearly 6 months to be reimbursed. Turned in another one in April and they said it would probably be Sept. before I get reimbursed. Luckily my wife got a job with health insurance but I can't cancel my son's membership to CHM until I get reimbursed for his ER visit I turned in during April otherwise they won't pay that bill. Seems a little dishonest that I've been paying membership dues but have to keep paying membership dues until I finally get reimbursed 6 months later even though I won't be using their service for my son.
Edit: I will say these ministries are better than no insurance or paying very high premiums, but just be aware of the long waits to be reimbursed, the paperwork to fill out in order to file a claim, etc...
