NC Iowa		Sorry I missed your question..

It is like an inner tube with a sticky adhesive and a woven material in it..

Depending on size it attaches by hose clamps or ratchet straps.

Sitting in the sun gives it that look.

It isn't coming apart

We use lots of these on transition fans on Grain Air piles of Corn. [Going from fan to pipe] After 1 year we usually have to cut them off.
