Can't eat wild rabbit this time of the year. Was always told never eat rabbit or squirrel till after the first blizzard or below zero freeze.
Never heard that about squirrel. I would probably be dead by now if that was true. Rabbit though, definitely. Wait til cold weather for eating rabbits.
