Reason is more people are home and patio gardening ( definitely More of a need for help for the populous there ).
Read somewhere where the reduction is due to funding ( got reduced in last budget bill saved 50 mill or something )...perhaps Fed funding to States, seems like it's then the States who fund county.
Extension Service has done alot more good things for the country vs outfits like say AIG.....but the USA totally worships money now...and outfits like AIG are a money entity.
Times change.
