The Auto Mate shows each boom shutting off when set on the key vs internal setting along with the 4600 shutting off booms.
Not working on the Hagie is what I'm afraid of. Was at Hagie Friday and they didn't think it would, but Outback tells me it will. I asked if I could get my $$ back and they said no. Then I remembered the dealer hasn't billed me yet. While at Hagie they showed me the E Pro? setup, this has everything in one controller. I also like the fact you have manual boom controls on vs off, but would rather spend that money on a Norac insted of another controller. My STS is a 2006 model.
If Outback says it will work, make them prove it to you. Or, see if you can get ahold of page 34 of the Raven 2008-2009 pricebook where it states that the SmartBoom does not work with Hagie STS sprayers with the 4600 rate controller and show it to them. |
