Just some reading o hemp oil versus cbd oil. Make sure you're taking the one that fits your situation. Sounds like hemp oil is not for ingesting, but could be wrong. I have some cbd oil and didn't notice anything, but wasn't dying from anything. Took some last night as my spray melatonin ran out and that helped me sleep better than melatonin pills.
Q: I have heard of CBD Oil. Is Hemp Oil + the same thing?
