| I am using Hemplucid, it says MCT oil, which is a full spectrum CBD oil. You say that you take 15 mg, is that once a day or twice a day? I do ten drops twice a day. For me it helps with my arthritis, it helps but not a cure for my anxiety, and helps me sleep. Once in awhile I still will lay there awake, but not near as much as before. I hear of it helping withing minutes of taking it, but I also hear it can take a few days before it works. There are so many web sites to check out. I heard about a store and we went there. The guy knew his stuff and even let me try a couple different oils to see which one I could tolerate. Some taste terrible to me, but this one I can take ok. Not cheap. 1500 mg was $199. I also got the ok from my doctor to take it. | |
