I've had Oticon hearing aids with a remote for probably 3 years and I'm very happy with the hearing aids and the remote. My first phone was a flip phone and and my second phone is a smart phone. Both have worked with no problems but my phones are Android. I would guess your fruit phone is the problem. You might consider getting a real phone. Hee Hee! Good luck I hope it can be resolved soon.
