That will seal up all cracks and air space that could possible allow carbon monoxide in the bed rooms. Takes away the chance of any mold that could try and form too. It's expensive, but in the long term, the safety factor wins out. Rerock the ceiling and as suggested, heat the garage to 40 degrees . . . .. . |
