Heard a statement this morning from a lady who owns 4-500 acres of inherited land, farmers daughter, farmers wife. SHe got a big drainage assessment and commented that she did not know why she had to pay a drainage assessment, because she did not even have a drainage ditch on her farm.
Some people just should not own land.
