Sw. Ill | When it comes to title transfers and new plates. I just go to the independant title company next to our dmv. It costs about $75 more but it is worth it. In and out in 2 minutes with a temp tag. And if theres a little issue on the title they can usually fix it.
When i have to go to the dmv for drivers license things it usually takes two trips because i didnt bring in the proper Id, or proper proof of residency the first time. Drives me crazy that we cannot use our FOID card as a form of ID.
