I hate to be a nihilist, but it just doesn't matter what our opinions are on the USDA ratings of our crops. Then as far as yield, it doesn't actually matter to them what their ratings are. They'll bring them in line with whatever they want to show when they start throwing yield estimates out there.

FSA has plots scattered all across the growing area right? Does anyone know? I think they do and that's what they actually derive their yield from later in the season.
