| the guy who is in charge of all the DMV offices in my region of the state grew up next to me and his parents still live there, anytime i see him we have a conversation on how things could be improved, i've given lots of suggestions and most have them have been implemented. since he took over the reigns things have greatly improved. wait times are minimal and they seem alot more pleasant to work with, but then the ability do things online has made trips to the office almost a thing of the past. | |
