The Smoky Mountain National Park is beautiful. Lots of good hiking trails to waterfalls, mountain streams etc. If you are not hikers it's still a nice park to drive in. Drive down to Cades Cove in the southwest part of the park. You are likely to see wildlife from your car, especially early or late in the day. There are also old preserved farmsteads and churches there which are just a short walk from your car.

If you enjoy Dollywood you will likely also enjoy walking around Gatlinburg. Lots of touristy shops and stuff there. Not my cup of tea, but lots of people seem to like it there.

The Biltmore Estate near Ashville NC is definitely worth the drive if you are that close. You can easily spend a day there. Have fun!
