Tama iowa | This was the first field planted. Has had good rain all year. Only problem is i dont know if any air planes are available around here for fungicide. Calling tomorrow to see if ground rig will work if plane not available. Just 10 miles east it was so dry early that corn was yellow. Have had atleast 6 inchs of rain in the past 40 days give or take and looks great. I dont think any rain ran off the field. Most tile just started to trickle. Not a big area because 5 miles north and they couldnt finiah spraying beans till last week. Most of my crop is pollinated or will be by next week. Crazy how fast corn tassled. Probably 10 days faster then last yeat.
