| Sounds like you are asking the question in order to decide if you should hold off buying land.
Not sure if this time is different or not but trying to “time” any market is a fools game no one on planet earth can predict any market. Trying to time the land market will likely drive you crazy in the end.
Instead if you are in the right financial position to buy a piece of land and it is a desirable one for you then I suggest you buy it. Make sure it’s a piece that you would keep no matter what happens because you love it. Do not give it up even if land goes up or down. Just sit back and hold it for the long term and you will be extremely happy with yourself over the next 10, 20, 30 years
