b) Again STOP the ILLEGAL RIN WAIVERS
c) WHAT is the PLAN to REVERSE THOSE ILLEGAL RIN WAIVERS?
d) How many DAYS will it take to IMPLEMENT THIS?  Like maybe DONE THIS WEEK!!
e) The PRESIDENT HAS STATED REPEATEDLY that THIS COUNTRY will HAVE HIGHER BLENDS of BIO FUELS?

WHEN?  No time like the Present..
