What wiring kit are you using? As I mentioned in your thread in Precision Talk, the Outback AutoMate is a repainted Raven SmartBoom. In the Raven catalog, it explicitly states that the SmartBoom is not compatible with Hagie sprayers that have the Raven 4600 rate controller.
