| I was talking with a neighbor this morning and he believes we will see a pretty decent rally into October to set the fall harvest price. He thinks the market isn't going to leave the insurance/government on the hook for RA policies. If this were the lock in month, they would be paying farmers near $2 a APH bushel right now. He said there is no way they are going to let that happen. Assuming half og our 4 billion bean crop is covered by RA, thats 2 billion bushels x $2 That would be a $4 billion plus blow to the insurance companies.
Thoughts???
