Yes, but it doesn't mean their assessment of Wheeler is incorrect. It seems like folks want to think that Pruitt was a rogue actor... But the President himself has done nothing but praise Pruitt's efforts and now says he expects Wheeler to continue the agenda. That "agenda" has been nothing short of anti-ethanol up to this point.
