KS and NE in eastern 3rd | The pie is being split too many ways right now. There are a lot of farmers in the 60 to 80 age group, some even older. When these guys retire who's going to have the capacity to take over? The larger operator's probably have a son in line but what about the under a 1000 ac operations? Those will get taken over by the bigger operations and the pie isn't split so many ways. | |
