Considering thier treatment of the ag sector, that city will not see one of my dollars.

I bet he is referring to the Des Moines Water Works lawsuit against a NW Iowa drainage district. The DMWW is independent of the City of DSM but I bet if the city wanted the could call them down pretty quick. I tend to agree with not patronizing DSM in the meantime, personally I believe all ag shows should pull out and change venue as well to friendlier cities.
