Went to look at a field and the waterway had been cut and windrowed. Today there are bales there. We have not given anyone permission to bale and in fact planned to do so ourselves We have other waterways that we do 50 50 but since no one asked and they just came in and did it how would you handle it? Take them all or leave some?
