South Central Iowa | I concur that it's not overly significant yet. Exceptional Illinois could make a chunk up. 300 MB is what I am thinking is lost; 30 bpa average across a corn heavy area. It could get worse... or better too, maybe. The corn hides what's going on better at this stage than the beans do, but that was rough for what that area usually looks like.
Have we seen actual ethanol production slow down yet or is this EPA cut just conjecture or extrapolation? I haven't seen numbers, though I know JonSCKS is all hot and bothered by it and ethanol is one of his things. | |
