I will be notifying 3 landlords this summer that this is the last year I will be renting their land. They have all treated me very fairly for several decades. I would like to give each of them a gift of some sort to show my appreciation. Two of them still live on the farm and the other in a small town. They are all senior citizens and married. My budget would be about $200 each. Any ideas are welcome! Thanks!
You must have a relationship almost like family to be looking for an appreciation gift. An on time good rent check my seem like a gift for some.
I recently ordered about 6 farm pictures dating back to 1958 from a company called vintage aerial. The proofs were about $30 each and brought back lots of memerioes of growing up and changes. |
