Subject: RE: Markets are giving some an education in history

I have an uncle and a neighbor that both have spent some time down there around their farms.

They probably don't have all the toys, but they also have way less dealer support (probably pay 1000s of dollars to get parts overnighted in), higher fertilizer costs (don't readily mine or process it all over the country), and I'm sure can't throw a stone in any directions and hit 3 co-ops or agronomy plants for something they need. Plus have a large security bill we couldn't dream of.

If you told me I could move down there and grow beans for $8/bushel I would probably pass, personally.
