Wheelersburg and Lancaster, Ohio | Here's my problem seeking "help". I've been to counciling a couple times, talked to medical doctor, and spent a lot of time talking to family and friends about depression and anger issues. When I talk to the professionals I get more pissed off and then more depressed with the realization that they really have no idea what they are doing. I'm not taking taking any meds either. Reading what people on here go through and how they handle it is the best therapy I've found. Something about the farm connection I think. |
