If you know your landlords you know what their hobbies are. If it’s woodworking then get them something woodworking related. If hunting then hunting related, if golf then golf related. Just something to show you know a little about their life.
Hope you recommend a younger farmer putting food on the table for his family. It can really help a guy out.
