I would make this comment about land prices in Nebraska, most rural school districts get at least 65% of their money from farm land and most are unequalized by the state. Translation, Nebraska is 100% dependent on high land values to fiancé our schools. Starting this year and next the blood letting begins with just 5% drops, a 33% drop or some large number would throw the state into chaos and shutter many rural schools.
I've noticed the Nebraska land taxes for years..........Geeeeeze
