Pulaski, TN | Went to the field this am to start planting corn and the planter will not fold out. It goes a little way and then the hyd on the tractor loads up. Also, it will not fold back in. I have checked all the solenoids that the tech manual says to check. I have voltage, when energized they have magenitism, and the valve even clicks when energized. I took the flow divider out and looked at it but don't know what to look for. Planter was parked in shed last July with no problems with folding. Could the master cyl need rephasing? The tech manual says nothing about this causing planter not to fold. The only thing I could find in the diagnostic section was a bad flow divider. Any thoughts? Been a bad day so far!!!! | |
