Manitoba | We're finally at a point where we're looking at getting rid of the mini van. Have had a 01 Honda Odessey for about 5 yrs & its been great. Now I'd like a smaller suv or a car/suv cross-over. I'd buy used, one to three yrs old. My wife commutes about 20 miles a day on mostly gravel so for that and winter driving I'd like something with 4wd & decent clearence. Also able to seat 5. Have 3 kids (11, 14, 16) so enough space so they wont kill each other. We have a crew cab truck which will be our bigger vehicle for longer trips. From what I've read on line I like the Nissan Murano (Decent interior space, good handling, ok mileage), maybe the VW Touareg (probably a little pricey even for the v6). Maybe the Subaru Outback. Any experience or opinions on these or similar vehicles would be appreciated. | |
