PS.. I still want Pruitt's head on a platter..



In case you haven't been paying attention, the trump administration loves to tell everyone (at least on their side) what they want to hear, and hopes no one actually watches to see if it comes to fruition. It pretty much never comes to fruition.

All bluster, no plan.
