Sw. Ill | Weird looking hull. Almost looks like a tri hull but ive only seen those made of fiberglass. Well the best place to pull from is the nose. Should be an eyelet to tie on too under the water. I yanked a little boat from the mississippi once just threw it in the truck and its been at our farm pond since. Talked to a dnr officer and he said if the numbers arent visable they just auction them off after they recover them. Mine had wisconsin sticker but the numbers were gone. Theres no way they could have found the owners so i dont feel bad for taking it.
