| We are starting to get that heat our way now. I sweat more than ever in this heat. Farm work in this heat is making me loose pounds quickly. This year I have been transitioning my work clothes to lighter breathable performance fabrics. They work well to make the weather more bearable. Not sure they will last more than one season though as they do not seem to be as durable as my previous clothing. We carry 2 coolers and place them in different areas so they are easy to reach when needed. I'm finding fruit smoothies and salty chips at lunch are great at restoring electrolytes and energy stores. | |
