I've got a landlord that wants to switch over to a flex cash rent agreement. Any ideas of how to figure or ideas that are working well. This is irrigated farm ground. We both have similar thought fo this but I thought I'd ask here for ideas as well.
If it’s anything like the ones I have dealt with it’s a conventional lease and if price goes up they get more and more. Have one that’s a true 1/3 lease where owner gets 33% at a average price. Only one that I have seen that works.
