S Illinois | Does anyone have a link or data on this prior preferential treatment that Brazil beans supposedly had vs US beans? Other than NAT, I can't seem to find the mention of differential tariff between the two when it comes to soybean imports into China let alone one of 15%. If it really was that much, all of the Brazilian beans would have went to China and none to other countries because that 15% dwarfs shipping costs and it would have been cheaper for other importing countries to come to the US. | |
