S MN | Just drove from Minneapolis to St. James to Okoboji on highway 169/60 down highway 71, and back to the cities through Fairmont and Mankato. Mankato area is wet, with some drown outs, and lots of light green looking corn and not. Get into Watonwan county and south to Jackson, martin, Dickinson, emmet and they are WET, WET, WET. I farm in southern Martin, and creeks are way out of banks, Dad says it's worse then 93. I bet Martin county doesn't get above 180 for a county yield, and we averaged 215 last year. | |
