We started that process this week at Platteville here in WI. This will be daughter number one. It's great tho seeing the kids mature and do well as they enter adulthood. I know what you mean though....


Hi Tom - my oldest of our three daughters is 14 and starting high school this year. I can tell that sending my little girls off to college will be a whole additional level of heart wrenching!




You are exactly right David. I will never forget my wife and I driving our daughter to UNL at Lincoln. After getting her settled in she drove us to the airport to catch our flight home. It was everything I could do just to hold it all together. She got married in April and lives a mile away on one of our farms. She and our son in law are the sixth generation to farm here. Needless to say I am all smiles!! : )
