| A person really shouldn't let things like this bother them but when I was in high school, the FFA had about 20 acres that we put out and harvested every year to benefit the organization. My dad brought the combine in one year and cut the beans off the farm and didn't charge anything because of what it was for. Another classmate's father brought a couple of semis in to haul it away and charged the FFA a trucking fee, which is fine but at the end of the year banquet the advisor thanked the classmates father for the trucks but never mentioned dad doing the combining. | |
