We are about the same point as you. Wasn’t a female but a young kid (21). He did more damage in 9 months than most could imagine. We weren’t as big to start but he cut us by 2/3 by the time he left. I believe that God only brings a pastor for a reason. The kid took several problems with him when he left and the strong core was left behind to rebuild. If you have a health core left you should see growth if you get a good pastor.
