All your points of concern are covered in our contract, Gerald,. plus any neighbor within a quarter mile of a tower gets $1,500 a year for his inconvenience. Everybody needs a Nicki Schultz in their corner. Service road is 28' wide and is enough for a crane. Compaction damage is covered as well as any drainage problems that may arise.
