| I am using it along with celebrex for arthritis pain relieve. The celebrex really helped except my one hand. So I got the CBD oil. Started out with five drops under the tongue twice a day. Helped, but still some stiffness. Upped it to 10 drops twice a day. That seemed to do the trick. There are so many things online it is so hard to know what to get. We finally went to a store and the guy was so informative and he let me taste the oils and they do taste different to me. Certain ones help with inflammation more. Helps with anxiety too. | |
