SESD | What's rational is to see the obvious, that women are different in ways other than between their legs. Of course they can excel in a leadership position. Who said they couldn't? When it comes to the church, the creator and designer of these beings and the church said that you have different strengths/weaknesses and therefore different roles in many things in life, uncluding church. Nothing unequal, just different. Also, if you think there is no evidence to show how men and women excel better at different things, I'd say it's you that has the superstitious blinders on. | |
