I believe its unbiblical to have a woman as the teaching elder of a Church. Lots of need in the church that the women should cover that the men should not however..

Furthermore, a woman serving as a pastor is not recognized by God. God sees it as sin and she will face judgement for that. The Bible is quite clear regarding the qualifications that a man must possess in order to lead in the church.
