E. Kansas | It sucks you have a family member who behaves that way, and as an adult is living with your parents. I'd do everything possible to keep good lines of communication open with your parents and have your kids spend time with them, as I am sure you do. However, I'd have the concern of the kids witnessing the stuff she says and her general attitude of entitlement/socialism/etc, how she conducts herself when things don't go her way, etc and other stuff you don't approve of. As aggravating as it might be, I think I'd try to stick around the whole time the kids were there (if she was there) to be sure her influences that you disapprove of are not pushed off onto your kids or her unbecoming behavior picked up and thought to be ok. Doesn't sound like your parents would openly disagree with her too much, and that could be the unwanted stamp of approval toward bad behavior and bad ideas that your kids would see. Good luck.
