Our church has 4 plus excellent pastors and even the worship leader proves he can give a awesome 45 min sermon. None of them appear to fear man as all topics are covered as they go verse by verse through the Bible... sermons always convicting and never condemning... to anyone.
Anyone can have a support group or community gathering but it’s a real DRAW to hear the gospel preached. As far as a new pastor hope you get a good one or find a good one soon. It’s like a breath of fresh air every week when you get it.
