Your son was born 2.5 hours from home and spend 13 days in SCU neither my mom, my wife’s mom, her sister came to see him. My wife’s best friends mom and dad shuffled vehicles for us since when he went home we had two vehicles down there. Only person who came to visit is the DSM for the seed company we sell for. My mil went to a casino and was within 15 minutes of him but didn’t visit. To her sisters credit she made a week worth of meals after we got home. My wife had to take our son to my mom once he was a month old. Couple visits and the grandma instinct kicking in now she’s close to him. |
