Not sayin' it's impossible...but it would take a lot of work! An earler version of site software had an add-on that tried to track IP by state and country. Tossing out VA (home to AOL), the dominant state then was IL. Today, we no longer use that sort of software. It wouldn't add much useful feedback for us, really, and would likely hurt performance.
